Ermenegildo Zegna presented their new COUTURE collection and asked us to prepare food inspired by the signature colours of the collection. We designed a range of canapés according to their instructions. “Pâte a choux” with caramel like the belts and beige clothes. A veal carpaccio with mustard sauce the same colour as the jumpers. Caramelized foie micuit with roast-beef finished with truffle the same tone as the scarves. The ravioli canapé on top of herb infused cream cheese and Jabugo ham would match nearly all the colours of the shoes.
To drink we served pink cava and San Francisco and Spritz cocktails the same shade as the orange clothes.
