Flamenco and gala dinner for 1.250
Barcelona is fast becoming one of the preferred destinations for international congresses.
We prepared a lively dinner with a flamenco performance for 1.250 people shared between the Oval room in the Montjuic National Palace and La Llotja.
We served carpaccio of confitted porcini mushrooms with pine nut and truffle vinaigrette followed by grilled wild sea bass served on vegetable ravioli and for dessert our “Tout chocolat”.
If the dinner was outstanding it was only outshone by the flamenco performance that at the end of the dinner made the whole event, all 1.000 of them (of multiple nationalities) stand up and dance holding hands.
